[Sasview-users] SasView and Molecular Dynamics?

Hello I was wondering whether I can use SasView to generate SAXS profile from structures I get from molecular dynamics. For example, if I have pdb file or pair distance distribution file, can I use it to generate a SAXS profile theoretically? Thanks
