Dear Hans,

I am happy to accept your SAS Data Clinic IV application!

Please have your data prepared before the clinic.
I would like to ask you to prepare a short (5min) presentation about your problem.
We will start with a brainstorming session with all participants and then divide into smaller groups.

I wish you a Happy Christmas and see you on January 10th!

Best regards,
Wojtek

Problem description
Description:
Trying to fit LNP scattering data acquired during AF4-SAXS session at CoSAXS, MAX IV. The size-fractionated SAXS data show to different degree, what I believe is, a structure factor. The influence of the S(q) seems to be an inverse function of increasing size. I would like to learn more on how to attack this example, where to start and how to proceed etc. The buffer in this case contains also 50mM NaCl, which perhaps points towards steric interaction rather than electrostatic? Many questions, hopefully we can find some answers together.
Experimental technique:
SAXS
Where the data was collected:
MAX IV
Software:
SasView, ATSAS
Operating system:
Windows
